When you fill out a form on our site, we collect: name, phone number, ZIP code, email address (optional), preferred language, the type of help you request and, if you write one, your message. We also keep the date and time of your request, the page you submitted it from, the campaign parameters in the link (for example, whether you came from a postcard or an email) and the exact text of each authorization you accepted.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, your Medicare number, your health information or financial information. Please do not include them in forms or messages.

This site does not use third-party analytics tools or advertising pixels. It only uses the technical cookies needed for the site to work.

We use your information only to respond to your request: to call or write to you about the topic you asked about, schedule an appointment and follow up. Your permission to be contacted is limited to the topic you requested and expires 12 months after it is given. If you checked the text message box, we may also contact you by text or WhatsApp under our Text Messaging Terms.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We do not share your information with other agencies or agents so they can contact you.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting and our customer management system, and only to handle your request. We may also disclose it if required by law.

If you choose to enroll in a plan, the information needed for enrollment is given to the insurance company you choose, with your authorization.

We keep your information as long as needed to handle your request and to meet the record-keeping obligations required by insurance laws and rules. We protect information with access controls: only authorized personnel can see it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, or to stop contacting you. For text messages, reply STOP. For emails, use the unsubscribe link.

This site is not directed to anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
